To me Victor had know idea what to do. If he made the female Monster it might had created more Pain and misery, but if he didnt create the monter it would still bring pain and misery, but mostly on him and his Love ones. So its a pretty sticky situation for him.
Homework: Chapter 19 Yeah , Victor didn't like having to create this female creature at all... Victor was finding it harder and harder to work on the female companion. Although his family was in danger. He still had second thoughts over the entire project. So he just had no other choice because he didn't want to loose any other family memeber. Yeah , so he ain't satisfied about about this work he is doing for Frankenstein.
Well, I think Victor is completely justified in feeling the way he is reacting. I don't blame him, being put in a situation where your forced to do something you know your gonna regret is a really big thing. The responsibility for bringing up a creature that you know won't and can't be controlled by you or others, thats a really big problem! People will be all over you if they find out what kind of abomination you are bringing forth into this world is a whole other situation to deal with. All i've got to say to Victor is be prepared for the worst! You never know what's gonna happen. In the end, it's all on you! Sorry Victor!
I think that Victor was scared because if he created another monster, it would kill more people. He would feel guilty again if more people were dying because of the monster. If Victor didn't create a female monster, the monster will kill his family and he would sad.
Homework: Chapter 19 Haha. Victor didn't want to make a female version of his creature due to the fact that it can cause of a new species. He is still going crazy and depressed. This is what alot of mad scientists have to deal with. But he know what is right and wrong when creating one or not. There is always an outcome. That is why he is confused and reacting this way.

He thought that if had made the female, the first one wouldn't hold to his word and just cause trouble for the rest of the world. and if he had not made it then it would cause trouble for his loved ones and himself.
Homework Ch.19 Victor was being very childish. He cannot make up his mind. If he wants to make the female version of his creation then he should go through with it. If he very self-catious with what he wants to do, then he should not create the female. So, he should be more striaght with what he wants.
Victor was in an angry and scared. First because he didn't like the idea of creating a new one. And it angered him that his own creation threated him. If he wasn't going to cooperate frankienstein was going to kill his family. So all that stress and guilt put on him was hard.
I think that he was scared. He was worried that the female creation would/could be as destructive as Frankenstien was. I think he was also in a state of regret. I mean how could something of his own creation backfire to his dismay? I think that he was just in state of 'awe'.
@resa: I tried SO HARD not to make my answer sound like yours !
Victor is scared becasue he has to make up his mind if he is going to make a female monster. He should really think it through because is first creation did things out of anger, and if the female monster pisses frankenstein off he would probably do MORE killing or destruction to hurt Victor.
